The Final 2009/Preliminary 2010 tax bills were mailed on October 6, 2009. Payments are due as follows:
2009 Fourth Quarter - Due November 1, 2009
2010 First Quarter - Due February 1, 2010
2010 Second Quarter - Due May 1, 2010
If you receive an added assessment tax bill, the due dates are the same as listed above. You will be paying on two bills for the next three quarters.
Every quarter has a ten-day grace period. Payments must be received by the 10th to avoid interest.
The 2007 tax rate was 1.709 per hundred.
The 2008 tax rate was 1.763 per hundred.
The 2009 tax rate is 1.793 per hundred.
