Hardship Extension Program for Water/Sewer Customers in the Ocean Acres Water Main Extension Project Phase IV and the Beachview Avenue/Mary Bell Road Water and Sewer Extension Project:
Due to the ongoing economic recession, on 12/31/08 the Stafford Township governing body approved a program for water and/or sewer customers in the Ocean Acres Water Main Extension Project - PHASE 4 and the Beachview Avenue/Mary Bell Road Water and Sewer Extension Project authorizing the Director of the Water and Sewer Utility Department to grant hardship extensions to property owners who will be required to connect to the township water and/or sewer systems. A complete description of the program is contained below. Please note, it is not necessary to submit the request for the extension UNTIL you have received the Notice to Connect to the water and/or sewer systems, which we anticipate to be on or about 6/1/09.
